1. The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the website and users in using the internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by this website (hereinafter referred to as "KAIST Eulji Research Center").

1. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" refers to a virtual business place established to enable users to trade goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "Goods, etc.") by using information and communication facilities such as computers for the purpose of providing Goods, etc. to users, and it also refers to the business operator operating the cyber mall.
2. "User" refers to members and non-members who access "KAIST Eulji Research Center" and receive the services provided by "KAIST Eulji Research Center" in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to "KAIST Eulji Research Center," continuously receives information from "KAIST Eulji Research Center," and can continuously use the services provided by "KAIST Eulji Research Center."
4. "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by "KAIST Eulji Research Center" without registering as a member.

1. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall post these Terms, the trade name, the name of the representative, the business address (including the address for handling consumer complaints), telephone number, fax number, email address, business registration number, mail-order business registration number, and the person responsible for personal information management on the initial service screen (front page) of the website so that users can easily access such information. However, the contents of these Terms may be made available through a linked screen.
2. Before users agree to these Terms, "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall provide a separate linked screen or pop-up screen for important matters stipulated in these Terms, such as withdrawal of subscription, delivery responsibility, and refund conditions, so that users can fully understand them and confirm their understanding.
3. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendments do not violate related laws, including the ACT ON THE CONSUMER PROTECTION IN ELECTRONIC COMMERCE, the ACT ON THE REGULATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the FRAMEWORK ACT ON ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS, the DIGITAL SIGNATURE ACT, the ACT ON PROMOTION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK UTILIZATION AND INFORMATION PROTECTION, the ACT ON DOOR-TO-DOOR SALES, and the CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW.
4. If "KAIST Eulji Research Center" amends these Terms, it shall specify the effective date and the reason for amendment and announce them together with the current Terms on the initial screen of the website from at least 7 days before the effective date until the day before the effective date. However, if the amendment is unfavorable to users, it shall be announced with at least 30 days of prior notice. In such cases, "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall clearly compare the contents before and after the amendment so that users can easily understand them.
5. If "KAIST Eulji Research Center" amends these Terms, the amended Terms shall apply only to contracts concluded after the effective date, and the previous Terms shall remain applicable to contracts already concluded before that date. However, if a user who has already entered into a contract expresses the intention to be subject to the amended Terms during the notice period of the amended Terms as prescribed in Paragraph 3 by sending such intention to the website and obtains the consent of "KAIST Eulji Research Center," the amended Terms shall apply.
6. Matters not stipulated in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the ACT ON THE CONSUMER PROTECTION IN ELECTRONIC COMMERCE, the ACT ON THE REGULATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the Consumer Protection Guidelines for Electronic Commerce established by the Fair Trade Commission, and related laws or common commercial practices.

1. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" performs the following tasks.
   1. Provision of information on goods or services and conclusion of purchase contracts
   2. Delivery of goods or services for which purchase contracts have been concluded
   3. Other tasks determined by "KAIST Eulji Research Center"
2. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" may change the contents of goods or services to be provided under future contracts in cases such as out-of-stock goods or services or changes in technical specifications. In such cases, the details of the changed goods or services and the date of provision shall be immediately announced at the place where the current goods or services are posted.
3. If "KAIST Eulji Research Center" changes the contents of services contracted with users due to reasons such as out-of-stock goods or services or changes in technical specifications, the reasons shall be immediately notified to users at the address where notification is possible.
4. In the above case, "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall compensate users for damages suffered as a result. However, this shall not apply if "KAIST Eulji Research Center" proves that there was no intention or negligence.

1. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in cases where reasons such as maintenance, inspection, replacement, breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, or interruption of communication occur.
2. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall compensate users or third parties for damages suffered due to the temporary suspension of services for the reasons stated in Paragraph 1. However, this shall not apply if "KAIST Eulji Research Center" proves that there was no intention or negligence.
3. If services can no longer be provided due to reasons such as change of business type, abandonment of business, or merger between companies, "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall notify users in the manner prescribed in Article 8 and compensate consumers according to the conditions originally presented by "KAIST Eulji Research Center." However, if "KAIST Eulji Research Center" has not notified compensation standards, users’ mileage points or reserves shall be paid to users in goods or cash equivalent to the currency value commonly used by "KAIST Eulji Research Center."

1. Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form prescribed by "KAIST Eulji Research Center" and expressing their intention to agree to these Terms.
2. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" registers as members those users who apply for membership as described in Paragraph 1, unless they fall under any of the following cases.
   1. Where the applicant has previously lost membership qualification pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 3 of these Terms; provided, however, that this shall not apply where three years have passed since the loss of membership qualification under Article 7, Paragraph 3 and the applicant has obtained approval for re-registration from "KAIST Eulji Research Center"
   2. Where there is false information, omission, or error in the registration details
   3. Where it is determined that registering such person as a member would cause significant technical difficulty to "KAIST Eulji Research Center"
3. The membership registration contract is deemed to be established at the time when the approval of "KAIST Eulji Research Center" reaches the member.
4. If there is any change in the registration details under Article 15, Paragraph 1, the member shall immediately notify "KAIST Eulji Research Center" of such changes by email or other methods.

1. Members may request withdrawal from "KAIST Eulji Research Center" at any time, and "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall process the withdrawal immediately.
2. If a member falls under any of the following cases, "KAIST Eulji Research Center" may restrict or suspend membership qualification.
   1. Where false information was registered at the time of membership application
   2. Where the member fails to pay by the due date the price of goods, etc. purchased through "KAIST Eulji Research Center" or other debts borne by the member in relation to the use of "KAIST Eulji Research Center"
   3. Where the member threatens the order of electronic commerce by interfering with another person’s use of "KAIST Eulji Research Center" or misappropriating such person’s information
   4. Where the member uses "KAIST Eulji Research Center" to engage in acts prohibited by laws or these Terms, or acts contrary to public order and morals
3. If, after "KAIST Eulji Research Center" restricts or suspends membership qualification, the same act is repeated two or more times or the cause is not corrected within 30 days, "KAIST Eulji Research Center" may revoke the member’s qualification.
4. If "KAIST Eulji Research Center" revokes membership qualification, the membership registration shall be deleted. In such case, the member shall be notified and given at least 30 days to provide an explanation before the deletion of membership registration.

1. Where "KAIST Eulji Research Center" gives notice to members, it may do so through the email address designated in advance by the member in agreement with "KAIST Eulji Research Center."
2. In the case of notice to an unspecified large number of members, "KAIST Eulji Research Center" may substitute individual notice by posting the notice on the bulletin board of "KAIST Eulji Research Center" for at least one week. However, individual notice shall be given for matters that significantly affect the member’s own transactions.

1. Users of "KAIST Eulji Research Center" apply for purchases on "KAIST Eulji Research Center" by the following or similar methods, and "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall provide users with the following information in an easy-to-understand manner when they apply for purchases. However, in the case of members, the application of Items 2 through 4 may be excluded.
   1. Search for and selection of goods, etc.
   2. Input of name, address, telephone number, email address (or mobile phone number), etc.
   3. Confirmation of the contents of the Terms, services for which the right of withdrawal of subscription is restricted, and costs such as delivery charges and installation fees
   4. Indication of agreement to these Terms and confirmation or refusal of the matters in Item 3 above (e.g., mouse click)
   5. Purchase application for goods, etc. and confirmation thereof, or consent to the confirmation of "KAIST Eulji Research Center"
   6. Selection of payment method

1. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" may refuse acceptance of a purchase application under Article 9 if it falls under any of the following cases. However, when entering into a contract with a minor, it shall notify that if consent from the legal representative is not obtained, the minor or the legal representative may cancel the contract.
   1. Where there is false information, omission, or error in the application details
   2. Where a minor purchases goods or services prohibited under the YOUTH PROTECTION ACT, such as tobacco or alcohol
   3. Where it is determined that accepting the purchase application would cause significant technical difficulty to "KAIST Eulji Research Center"
2. The contract shall be deemed to be formed at the time when the acceptance of "KAIST Eulji Research Center" reaches the user in the form of the receipt confirmation notice under Article 12, Paragraph 1.
3. The expression of acceptance by "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall include confirmation of the user’s purchase application, availability of sale, and information regarding correction or cancellation of the purchase application.

1. Payment for goods or services purchased from "KAIST Eulji Research Center" may be made by any available method among the following. However, "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall not impose any additional fees of any kind on the payment for goods, etc. based on the user’s chosen payment method.
   1. Various account transfers such as phone banking, internet banking, and mail banking
   2. Various card payments such as prepaid cards, debit cards, and credit cards
   3. Online bank transfer without a bankbook
   4. Payment by electronic currency
   5. Payment upon receipt
   6. Payment using points provided by "KAIST Eulji Research Center," such as mileage points
   7. Payment using gift certificates contracted with or recognized by "KAIST Eulji Research Center"
   8. Other payment methods by electronic means

1. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall provide users with a receipt confirmation notice when there is a purchase application from the user.
2. A user who has received the receipt confirmation notice may request a change or cancellation of the purchase application immediately after receiving the notice if there is any inconsistency in the expression of intent, and if there is a request from the user before delivery, "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall process the request without delay in accordance with the request. However, if payment has already been made, the provisions regarding withdrawal of subscription under Article 15 shall apply.

1. Unless there is a separate agreement with the user regarding the timing of the supply of goods, etc., "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall take necessary measures such as order production, packaging, and other required actions so that goods, etc. can be delivered within 7 days from the date the user places the order. However, if "KAIST Eulji Research Center" has already received all or part of the payment for the goods, etc., it shall take action within 2 business days from the date of receiving all or part of the payment. At this time, "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall take appropriate measures so that the user can check the supply procedure and progress of the goods, etc.
2. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall specify the delivery method, the party responsible for delivery costs by method, and the delivery period by method for the goods purchased by the user. If "KAIST Eulji Research Center" exceeds the agreed delivery period, it shall compensate the user for damages caused thereby. However, this shall not apply if "KAIST Eulji Research Center" proves that there was no intention or negligence.

1. When "KAIST Eulji Research Center" is unable to deliver or provide goods, etc. applied for purchase by the user due to reasons such as being out of stock, it shall notify the user of the reason without delay. If payment for the goods, etc. has been received in advance, it shall refund the payment or take necessary measures for the refund within 2 business days from the date of receiving the payment.

1. A user who has entered into a contract with "KAIST Eulji Research Center" for the purchase of goods, etc. may withdraw the subscription within 7 days from the date of receiving the receipt confirmation notice.
2. If the user has received the goods, etc., returns and exchanges shall not be allowed in any of the following cases.
   1. Where the goods, etc. are lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the user (provided, however, that withdrawal of subscription is possible if the packaging, etc. was damaged only to confirm the contents of the goods, etc.)
   2. Where the value of the goods, etc. has significantly decreased due to the user’s use or partial consumption
   3. Where the value of the goods, etc. has significantly decreased over time to the extent that resale is difficult
   4. Where the packaging of the original goods, etc. has been damaged in cases where reproduction is possible with goods, etc. having the same performance
3. In the cases of Items 2 through 4 of Paragraph 2, if "KAIST Eulji Research Center" did not clearly indicate in advance that withdrawal of subscription, etc. would be restricted in a place easily noticeable by consumers or did not take measures such as providing trial products, the user’s right to withdraw subscription, etc. shall not be restricted.
4. Notwithstanding Paragraphs 1 and 2, if the contents of the goods, etc. differ from the displayed or advertised contents or are performed differently from the contract details, the user may withdraw the subscription, etc. within 3 months from the date of receiving the goods, etc., or within 30 days from the date the user became aware of or could have become aware of such fact.

1. If "KAIST Eulji Research Center" receives returned goods, etc. from the user, it shall refund the payment already received for the goods, etc. within 3 business days. In this case, if "KAIST Eulji Research Center" delays the refund of the goods, etc. to the user, it shall pay delayed interest calculated by applying the delayed interest rate determined and publicly announced by the Fair Trade Commission for the delay period.
2. When refunding the above payment, if the user paid for the goods, etc. using a payment method such as a credit card or electronic currency, "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall immediately request the business operator providing such payment method to suspend or cancel the claim for the payment of the goods, etc.
3. In the case of withdrawal of subscription, etc., the user shall bear the cost required for returning the supplied goods, etc. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall not claim any penalty or damages from the user on the grounds of withdrawal of subscription, etc. However, if the withdrawal of subscription, etc. is due to the contents of the goods, etc. being different from the displayed or advertised contents or being performed differently from the contract details, the cost required for returning the goods, etc. shall be borne by "KAIST Eulji Research Center."
4. If the user bore the shipping cost when receiving the goods, etc., "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall clearly indicate who bears such cost in the case of withdrawal of subscription so that the user can easily understand it.

1. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" collects the minimum amount of information necessary to perform purchase contracts when collecting user information. The following items are mandatory, and all other items are optional.
   1. Name
   2. Address
   3. Telephone Number
   4. Preferred ID (for members)
   5. Password (for members)
   6. Email Address (or Mobile Phone Number)
2. When "KAIST Eulji Research Center" collects personal information that can identify an individual user, it shall obtain the consent of the relevant user.
3. Provided personal information shall not be used for purposes other than the intended purpose or provided to third parties without the consent of the relevant user, and all responsibility for this shall lie with "KAIST Eulji Research Center." However, the following cases are exceptions.
   1. Where the minimum user information necessary for delivery (name, address, telephone number) is provided to the delivery company for delivery operations
   2. Where it is necessary for statistical compilation, academic research, or market research, and the information is provided in a form that cannot identify a specific individual
   3. Where it is necessary for payment settlement related to transactions of goods, etc.
   4. Where identity verification is necessary to prevent unauthorized use
   5. Where there is an unavoidable reason required by law or under legal provisions
4. Where "KAIST Eulji Research Center" must obtain the user’s consent under Paragraphs 2 and 3, it shall specify or notify in advance the matters prescribed in Article 22, Paragraph 2 of the ACT ON PROMOTION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK UTILIZATION AND INFORMATION PROTECTION, including the identity of the person responsible for personal information management (affiliation, name, telephone number, and other contact information), the purpose of collection and use of information, and matters related to the provision of information to third parties (recipient, purpose of provision, and details of information to be provided), and the user may withdraw such consent at any time.
5. Users may request access to and correction of errors in their personal information held by "KAIST Eulji Research Center" at any time, and "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall be obligated to take necessary measures without delay. If a user requests correction of an error, "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall not use the relevant personal information until the error is corrected.
6. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" limits the number of administrators to the minimum necessary for the protection of personal information and bears full responsibility for user damages caused by loss, theft, leakage, alteration, etc. of users’ personal information, including credit card and bank account information.
7. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" or any third party that has received personal information from it shall destroy such personal information without delay once the purpose of collection or the purpose for which it was provided has been achieved.

1. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall not engage in acts prohibited by laws or these Terms, or acts contrary to public order and morals, and shall make its best efforts to provide goods and services continuously and stably in accordance with these Terms.
2. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" shall establish a security system to protect users’ personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use internet services.
3. If "KAIST Eulji Research Center" causes damage to users by engaging in unfair labeling or advertising practices as prescribed in Article 3 of the ACT ON FAIR LABELING AND ADVERTISING with respect to goods or services, it shall be liable for compensation.
4. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" does not send unsolicited commercial advertising emails that users do not wish to receive.

1. Except as provided in Article 17, the responsibility for managing ID and password lies with the member.
2. Members shall not allow any third party to use their ID and password.
3. If a member becomes aware that their ID and password have been stolen or are being used by a third party, the member shall immediately notify "KAIST Eulji Research Center" and follow any instructions provided by "KAIST Eulji Research Center."

1. Users shall not engage in the following acts.
   1. Registering false information when applying or making changes
   2. Misappropriating another person’s information
   3. Changing information posted on "KAIST Eulji Research Center"
   4. Transmitting or posting information (including computer programs, etc.) other than the information designated by "KAIST Eulji Research Center"
   5. Infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of "KAIST Eulji Research Center" or other third parties
   6. Damaging the reputation of "KAIST Eulji Research Center" or other third parties, or interfering with their business operations
   7. Posting or disclosing obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information contrary to public order and morals on the website

1. Where the upper "KAIST Eulji Research Center" and the lower "KAIST Eulji Research Center" are connected by means such as hyperlinks (for example, the subject of hyperlinks includes text, images, and moving pictures), the former shall be referred to as the linked "KAIST Eulji Research Center" (website) and the latter as the connected "KAIST Eulji Research Center" (website).
2. If the linked "KAIST Eulji Research Center" clearly states on its initial screen or at the time of connection through a pop-up screen that it does not bear warranty responsibility for transactions conducted between users and the connected "KAIST Eulji Research Center" regarding goods, etc. independently provided by the connected "KAIST Eulji Research Center," then it shall not bear warranty responsibility for such transactions.

1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by "KAIST Eulji Research Center" belong to "KAIST Eulji Research Center."
2. Users shall not, without prior approval from "KAIST Eulji Research Center," reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use for commercial purposes, or allow third parties to use, information obtained through the use of "KAIST Eulji Research Center" for which intellectual property rights belong to "KAIST Eulji Research Center."
3. If "KAIST Eulji Research Center" uses copyrights that belong to users pursuant to an agreement, it shall notify the relevant user.

1. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" establishes and operates a damage compensation handling organization in order to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for damages.
2. "KAIST Eulji Research Center" gives priority to handling complaints and opinions submitted by users. However, if prompt handling is difficult, the user shall be immediately notified of the reason and the processing schedule.
3. In the event that a user applies for damage relief regarding an electronic commerce dispute arising between "KAIST Eulji Research Center" and the user, such dispute may be subject to mediation by a dispute resolution agency commissioned by the Fair Trade Commission or the Mayor/Do Governor.

1. Litigation concerning electronic commerce disputes arising between "KAIST Eulji Research Center" and users shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the user’s address at the time of filing the lawsuit, or if there is no address, the place of residence. However, if the user’s address or place of residence is unclear at the time of filing, or if the user resides overseas, the lawsuit shall be filed with the court having jurisdiction under the CIVIL PROCEDURE ACT.
2. Korean law shall apply to electronic commerce lawsuits filed between "KAIST Eulji Research Center" and users.
